Refund Policy – Sallati Multi-Vendor Delivery System

At Sallati, we are pleased to offer our multi-vendor delivery system and are committed to providing a satisfying experience for every customer. If you encounter any issues or are not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to our refund policy below:

1. General Terms:

  • Refunds are only applicable for payments made by the customer through the Sallati platform.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Unwanted products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and original tags. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a payment receipt or order number, before the refund process can begin.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team immediately.

  • We will provide the necessary support and arrange for the return of the damaged item or replace it with the correct one as soon as possible. If a replacement is unavailable, the amount paid will be refunded.

  • In such cases, Sallati will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Cancellation and Refund Before Delivery:

  • Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped by the vendor.

  • Once the order has been shipped, the general refund terms listed above will apply.
